The Ally Cadence Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy is now a registered charity. Our Trust Deed was signed on Ally's 1st Birthday and we received charity status on 11th December 2009, just 9 months after our fundraising began - Charity No. 1133272.

By giving money to the Ally Cadence Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, you understand that the money given will either be used to provide support to families affected by SMA (including in house visits) or it may help buy a specialist item that ACT for SMA can then loan to families in need of support. In addition to this, the Ally Cadence Trust may also provide or loan equipment to families with young children that have not yet recieved a diagnosis for their illness or to families of children that do not have SMA but are able to benefit from the equipment made available by the Ally Cadence Trust. While the main focus of their work is SMA related, they will help anyone that can benefit from an item of equipment that is in stock and otherwise unused at the time of request.
